Matt Rahner

Matt is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in performing cost segregation studies and tangible asset appraisals at CRS. As a senior project engineer, he specializes in evaluating real estate assets for industries including residential, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. Projects include new construction, acquisitions, purchase price allocations, and fair market valuations of client assets such as machinery and equipment, vehicles, and leasehold improvements.

A graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Mathematics, Matt combines analytical precision with deep industry knowledge. In addition to his CRS experience, he has been a licensed realtor-associate and the owner of a residential home improvements and remodeling company. Matt’s expertise in construction techniques, building codes, cost estimating, and comprehensive real estate valuation makes him a valuable asset to any project.
