With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Rob Rahner offers a rare blend of engineering, architectural, tax, accounting, finance, construction, and cost estimating expertise to his leadership role at CRS.
After earning a Mechanical Engineering degree and MBA from Rutgers University, he spent eight years at Deloitte in the Financial Advisory Services group performing cost segregation studies and tangible asset appraisals, ultimately advancing to the role of senior tax manager. Leveraging his Big 4 experience and technical acumen, Rob started CRS in 2004. His extensive industry knowledge and dedication to delivering exceptional results are reflected in several key accomplishments:
Rob brings a hands-on, approachable leadership style to CRS, overseeing all projects and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and industry standards set by the IRS, ASA and Appraisal Foundation.
When he’s not helping clients optimize their investments, Rob enjoys golfing, cheering on Rutgers basketball and football, traveling, and spending time with his family.
